How long will it take me to complete each day?
Only about 10-15 minutes each day. Don’t stress over getting it done right away. Just try it out when you are able and have fun all along the way as you discover and design ways to improve your daily life!
Do I need any special equipment or added materials to complete the wellness activities?
Good news! No extras needed!...each activity is designed for you to do anytime, anywhere so there is no added stress to your day.
