But, I still find myself wondering why my nutrition and workout routines seem to fall short by the end of the year. Well, here’s the answer: commitment.

Vegetables are densely packed with vitamins and minerals unlike calorie dense processed or refined foods. And don’t you just know that in most cases, getting vitamins and minerals from food is superior to taking supplements! Usually easier on your wallet too.

I am passionate about helping others discover their Optimal YOU Lifestyle. So, I spend a lot of time thinking about optimizing life. It’s all about knowing what you want and how to get it. If I am striving to be the best I can be and have Optimal health, I must consider things like growing my business, having better relationships, scheduling alone time, getting in better shape and maintaining my healthy diet.
Just Do Gratitude
Since I started a gratitude practice, I’ve experienced increased levels of clarity, ease and flow in my life. Gratitude, for me, is cultivating a mindful appreciation for life and all it’s gifts. It gives me structure to focus on all that is good.
